  • Data Collection and Use of Device Identifiers:Our application may collect or process certain “Device or Other Identifiers” which are required for providing core functionality, security, analytics, account management, and advertising support. These identifiers can include, but are not limited to: Advertising ID, Android ID, Firebase Installation ID, Instance ID, App Instance Token, IP address, Device Model, and Network Information. We do not directly access, store, or manage these identifiers on our servers; however, they may be automatically collected and processed by secure, trusted third-party service providers integrated into our app. These providers include: • Google Firebase Authentication – used for user login, account verification, fraud prevention, and securing user sessions. Firebase may process device identifiers to ensure account integrity and prevent unauthorized access. • Google Firebase Cloud Firestore – used for secure data storage, syncing, and app functionality. Device identifiers may be used for authentication tokens, backend communication, and security enforcement. • Google Firebase Analytics and/or Google Firebase Services – may automatically collect anonymized device information and identifiers to help improve app performance, stability, crash diagnostics, and user experience. • Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) – may collect device identifiers such as Advertising ID to display personalized or non-personalized ads, prevent invalid activity, perform ad measurement, and maintain ad-related functionality. • Firebase Crashlytics – collects app instance identifiers and device environment information strictly for diagnosing crashes and improving app stability. Crash data is not used for advertising or user profiling. These identifiers are used for: • App functionality and user authentication • Analytics and performance monitoring • Fraud prevention, security, and compliance with Google Play policies • Advertising, measurement, and ad-fraud detection (AdMob) All third-party services process data in accordance with their own Privacy Policies and comply with Google Play User Data policies. We do not sell user data, do not share personally identifiable information with unauthorized parties, and do not use collected identifiers for any purpose outside of app functionality, security, analytics, and advertising support. By using our application, you acknowledge that these trusted third-party providers may process certain device identifiers as part of delivering safe, stable, and secure app functionality. Our app uses third-party services such as Google Mobile Ads, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Analytics. These services may collect ‘Device or Other IDs’ (e.g., Advertising ID, Android ID, Firebase installation ID) for the purposes of authentication, analytics, app functionality, and fraud prevention. We do not directly access or store this data.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Device Information: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, mobile device identifiers (IDFA for iOS, AAID for Android)
  • Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, time spent, search queries, clicks, scrolling behavior

  • Timeline for feature implementation or deployment
  • Continuous availability of any current features
  • Performance, reliability, or accuracy of platform services
  • Success in connecting clients with freelancers
  • Quality, timeliness, or completion of work by freelancers
  • Payment by clients or satisfaction with services
  • Resolution of disputes in your favor

Features Under Development: The following categories may include features that are planned but not yet available:

No Guarantee of Service: Freelancea acts solely as a platform to facilitate connections between clients and freelancers. We do not guarantee, warrant, or promise the availability of qualified freelancers, successful client relationships, job opportunities, or project outcomes. Users acknowledge that platform performance and feature availability may vary and are subject to change without notice.

12. Regional Privacy Rights

12.1 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have additional rights:

  • Right to know what personal information is collected
  • Right to know if personal information is sold or shared
  • Right to opt-out of sale of personal information

15. Mobile Application Specific Information

15.1 iOS App (Apple App Store)

Our iOS application complies with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.

Data Not Linked to You:

19. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • Freelancea LLC provides the Platform and Services "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Platform
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information on the Platform
  • We are not responsible for user-generated content or user actions
  • We do not guarantee successful matching between clients and freelancers
  • We do not warrant that freelancers will complete work or that clients will pay for services
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform
  • Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to Freelancea in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You use the Platform at your own risk
  • You are responsible for your own interactions with other users
  • You should exercise caution and common sense when engaging with other users
  • Freelancea is a platform provider, not a party to contracts between users
  • Freelancea does not employ, recommend, or endorse any freelancers or clients
  • Background checks and verification do not guarantee safety or performance

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, USA.

Arbitration: By using our Services, you may be agreeing to resolve disputes through binding arbitration as outlined in our Terms of Service.

International Users: If you access our Services from outside the United States, you agree that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, and you consent to such transfer and processing.

21. Severability

If any provision of this Privacy Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

22. Entire Agreement

This Privacy Policy, together with our Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Freelancea LLC regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

No waiver of any provision of this Privacy Policy shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.

By accessing or using Freelancea's Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you must immediately cease using our Services and delete any mobile applications.
