By accessing or using any part of Freelancea, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Disclaimer in its entirety.
Freelancea operates solely as an intermediary platform connecting freelancers with clients. We are not a party to any agreement, contract, or arrangement made between freelancers and clients. Freelancea does not employ freelancers and does not control the work performed by freelancers. The Platform merely facilitates connections between independent parties.
Freelancers registered on Freelancea are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of Freelancea. Clients engaging freelancers do so at their own discretion and risk. Freelancea has no control over the quality, safety, morality, legality, truthfulness, or accuracy of any services provided by freelancers.
While we strive to maintain continuous and uninterrupted service, Freelancea does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or will function without errors, delays, omissions, or loss of transmitted information. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
While Freelancea implements verification procedures to confirm user identities, we cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of any information provided by users. Users may misrepresent their identity, qualifications, experience, or credentials.
Freelancea does not verify, validate, or endorse the skills, experience, qualifications, licenses, certifications, or professional credentials claimed by freelancers. Any skills tests, badges, or certifications displayed on freelancer profiles are self-reported or based on third-party assessments and should not be relied upon as definitive proof of capability.
Freelancea does not conduct criminal background checks, credit checks, employment verification, or any other form of comprehensive background screening on users. Clients are strongly encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before engaging any freelancer.
User reviews, ratings, testimonials, and feedback displayed on the Platform are provided by third parties and represent the opinions of those individuals only. Freelancea does not verify the authenticity or accuracy of reviews and cannot guarantee that reviews have not been manipulated, falsified, or provided by parties with conflicts of interest.
Any references to earning potential, income figures, hourly rates, project values, or success stories on the Platform are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be construed as guarantees or promises of specific results. Actual earnings will vary significantly based on numerous factors including but not limited to: individual skill level, experience, market demand, competition, effort invested, pricing strategy, client relationships, and economic conditions.
While Freelancea advertises a 7% commission rate, additional fees, charges, currency conversion costs, payment processing fees, or taxes may apply depending on your location, payment method, transaction type, and applicable laws. The final amount you receive or pay may differ from the amount initially displayed.
Freelancea partners with third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee the security of payment information transmitted through these systems. Users assume all risks associated with online payment transactions.
Although Freelancea provides an escrow service to hold funds during project execution, this service does not eliminate all risks. Disputes may arise, and resolution outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Freelancea's dispute resolution process is not a substitute for legal proceedings and does not provide legally binding arbitration.
Users are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling all tax obligations arising from their use of the Platform. Freelancea does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for calculating, collecting, reporting, or remitting taxes on behalf of users. Consult a qualified tax professional regarding your specific circumstances.
Information, content, guidance, templates, resources, tutorials, and materials provided on the Platform do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, business, career, medical, or any other form of professional advice. You should not rely on any information on the Platform as a substitute for professional advice from qualified experts.
Users are responsible for seeking independent professional advice appropriate to their specific circumstances before making decisions based on information obtained through the Platform. Freelancea shall not be liable for any decisions made based on information obtained through the Platform.
Freelancea makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, reliability, completeness, legality, safety, or suitability of any work product, deliverables, or services provided by freelancers. Clients accept all work product "as is" and at their own risk.
Freelancea is not responsible for determining ownership of intellectual property rights in work product created by freelancers. Disputes regarding copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
Freelancea does not screen, monitor, or verify that work product provided by freelancers does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights. Users who believe their intellectual property rights have been violated should follow our Copyright Infringement procedures.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR COMPLETENESS.
Freelancea shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from service interruptions, system failures, data loss, hacking, cyber attacks, unauthorized access, technical malfunctions, or any other disruption to the Platform.
Freelancea is not responsible for the actions, conduct, statements, representations, or omissions of any user or third party on or off the Platform. This includes but is not limited to: breach of contract, non-payment, poor quality work, missed deadlines, unprofessional behavior, fraud, misrepresentation, harassment, or illegal activities.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FREELANCEA, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
Freelancea does not endorse, support, represent, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any content, advertisements, offers, statements, or materials posted by users or third parties on the Platform. User-generated content represents the views of the individual authors only.
Freelancea does not verify the accuracy, completeness, truthfulness, or reliability of user-generated content including but not limited to: project descriptions, job postings, proposals, portfolios, profile information, messages, reviews, or comments.
While Freelancea may monitor user-generated content and remove content that violates our Terms of Service, we are not obligated to do so and cannot guarantee that all inappropriate, offensive, inaccurate, or illegal content will be identified and removed.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, applications, or resources that are not owned, controlled, or operated by Freelancea. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation.
Freelancea has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, security practices, terms of service, or business practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Freelancea shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of third-party services.
The Platform may integrate with or utilize services from third-party providers including payment processors, identity verification services, communication tools, and analytics platforms. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
While Freelancea is accessible globally, not all features, services, payment methods, or functionalities may be available in all geographic regions. Some features may be restricted based on your location due to legal, regulatory, technical, or business considerations.
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and ordinances. This includes but is not limited to: employment laws, tax regulations, licensing requirements, data protection laws, and consumer protection statutes.
Freelancea may prohibit access from certain countries or jurisdictions due to legal restrictions, sanctions, embargoes, or business decisions. Users located in or accessing the Platform from prohibited jurisdictions do so at their own risk and in violation of our Terms of Service.
While Freelancea implements reasonable security measures to protect user data and account information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to or stored on our systems.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, passwords, and authentication information. Users are liable for all activities conducted through their accounts, whether authorized or unauthorized.
In the event of a data breach, security incident, or unauthorized access to user information, Freelancea will comply with applicable notification requirements but shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from such incidents.
While Freelancea provides a dispute resolution service to address conflicts between freelancers and clients, this service is voluntary, non-binding, and does not constitute formal arbitration or legal proceedings. Decisions made through our dispute resolution process may not be enforceable in a court of law.
Freelancea strongly encourages users to resolve disputes amicably through communication and our dispute resolution process. However, users retain the right to pursue legal remedies through appropriate legal channels. Freelancea may not be a party to legal proceedings between users.
Freelancea does not guarantee that disputes will be resolved to any party's satisfaction. Our dispute resolution team makes decisions based on available evidence but cannot investigate matters beyond the information provided by the parties involved.

Freelancea reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit access to any feature, service, or functionality of the Platform at any time without prior notice. Such changes may affect your ability to access projects, withdraw funds, communicate with users, or use certain features.
Commission rates, service fees, subscription prices, and other charges are subject to change. Continued use of the Platform after fee changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
This Disclaimer and other policies may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By using the Platform, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Freelancea, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Provisions of this Disclaimer that by their nature should survive termination of your use of the Platform shall survive, including but not limited to: liability limitations, indemnification obligations, dispute resolution procedures, and intellectual property provisions.
